MINNEAPOLIS -- Dallas Mavericks guard Wayne Ellington is back healthy now and went through this morning's shootaround after missing the past three days with a stomach illness.
Ellington, who was not at Saturday's game in Chicago, will suit out tonight at 7 when the Mavs (17-13) face the Minnesota Timberwolves (15-15) at the Target Center.
"I'm feeling a lot better,'' Ellington said. "I guess it was just like a virus or something -- it wasn't nothing I ate.
"It came on, I was throwing up. It was coming out both ends, but I'm a lot better now.''
In 18 games for the Mavs this season Ellington is averaging 2.6 points in only eight minutes per contest.
"He looked good today,'' coach Rick Carlisle said. "He got in (Sunday) afternoon and did some shooting (Sunday) afternoon and he's feeling a lot better, so he'll be available tonight.''
