NEW ORLEANS -- Dallas Mavericks guard Devin Harris went through his first full contact practice on Thursday and expects to be on the court playing in the next 10-15 days.
Harris has yet to play in any games this season after undergoing surgery on his left foot in August.
"I went through full workouts yesterday, no limitations, I felt good,'' Harris said after this morning's shootaround at the New Orleans Arena. "I imagine Tuesday is our next practice, so I should be practicing Tuesday and we'll see kind of where we go from there.''
Because of the Mavs' crowded schedule, Harris knows he may not be able go through a bunch of practices before he finally plays in a game.
"We don't have a ton of practices,'' Harris said. "We're kind of pretty much every other day (playing a game) for a while.
"Fortunately I don't that luxury of having a whole lot of practice time. I'd rather just get out there and kind of just, limited minutes, but just go out there and kind of get the full hang of it.''
