DALLAS -- The San Antonio Spurs were exasperated after they got beat Saturday, 109-108, on a 3-point buzzer-beater from Dallas Mavericks reserve forward Vince Carter.
Spurs point guard Tony Parker believe the Spurs did more than enough to walk away with a victory.
"We played good defense, we shot 54 percent on the road, tnat's great,'' Parker said. "We moved the ball and got a lot of assists and lost on a shot like that.
"That's basketball. You just have to keep the morale good in the locker room and come back strong on Monday.''
Carter's huge shot gave the Mavs a 2-1 lead in this best-of-seven series. Game 4 is Monday at 8:30 p.m. at American Airlines Center, and Game 5 is Wednesday at 6 p.m. in San Antonio.
