I always thought it was kind of obvious, but I have had several people have an "ah-ha" moment when I pointed out something cool in the Mavericks logo. Their secondary logos that employ the use of a curved "M" is also present as the eyebrow that makes the Mavericks horse look so mean. The attention to detail is nice, and it provides a nice bit of depth in the Mavericks identifying marks. Chances are you knew this already, but if you didn't, now you have a nice little dorky detail to point out to your friends.
