Texas native David Starr, a veteran in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, announced Thursday the birth of his son, David Jr. Little David Jr. arrived at 11:21 a.m., weighed 7 lbs and is 17 inches long. Starr reports on his web site that his wife, Kim, and the baby are doing great.
