It was cloudy, but no rain at Thursday's practice at Cowtown Speedway. There were several cars from different classes that wanted to make some final adjustments before the big races. A few drivers wanted to put some laps on different cars. Rodney "Hurricane" Henderson had a different Sprint at Thursday's practice. Justin McCoy was also in a different Modified. Robert Vetter, the 2008 Limited Mod Champ from the Devil's Bowl Speedway, was in a brand new Limited Mod. With over 70 Sprints pre-registered for the 2nd Annual $85,000 Cowtown Speedway Sprint Nationals, presented by ShopTheBOSS.com and Lone Star Speedway, this is shaping up to be one of Cowtown's biggest events. With rain in the forecast for Friday, the event was moved to Saturday and Sunday. For the latest updates and information go to: cowtownspeedway.com
