Hammock Wins SST Season Opener At Cowtown

Jerry Hammock was the SST feature winner at Cowtown. 

Josh Majors was second in the SST feature.

Mike George was third in the SST feature.

March 13 (Saturday)

Smiley Sitton's Sprint Series of Texas held their season opener at Cowtown Speedway Saturday. There were over 30 SST Sprints in the pits. In the feature, Jason Howell, #44, took the early lead, but mechanical problems send him to the infield. Jerry Hammock quickly took over the lead and never looked back. Keith Martin, #85, won the season points opener for the Performance Transmission raceTX.com Limited Modified feature.
