Kevin Ramey Summer Sprintacular winner at Cowtown Speedway

Fort Worth's own Kevin Ramey, #7m, won the $1,500 ShopTheBoss.com Summer Sprintacular at Cowtown Speedway Saturday night. Twenty-five Sprints started the 29-lap event. The race was 29-laps in honor of Travis Rilat, a Sprint car driver, who was seriously injured in an accident a few weeks ago. Ramey, who started in 8th place, worked his way to the front and passed Michael Brown, #15b, about half way through the race to take the win. The hard charger award went to Ryan Hall, #79, who started 13th and finished 2nd. Brandon Berryman, #31, Brain McClelland, #87, and Rodney "Hurricane" Henderson, #67, rounded out the top five.
Corey Minor, #8, was involved in a spectacular wreck.
