Jimmie Johnson vs. Eddie Gossage

Jimmie Johnson has a new video game out titled: "Anything With An Engine." The concept is similar to that of "Mario Kart" in which drivers run through courses with different bonuses throughout the race.

But Johnson brought his game to reality on Friday afternoon. He raced Texas Motor Speedway president Eddie Gossage, and here's how it went down. Johnson raced a motorized bar stool, while Gossage rode in a motorized recliner.

Truck points leader Dillon announces full-time move to Nationwide in 2012

Austin Dillon, the points leader in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, is headed for a full-time schedule in the NASCAR Nationwide Series next year.

It's a promotion in series for the fast-rising 21-year-old driver from Clemmons, N.C., a grandson of Richard Childress. Dillon is finishing his second year in the Truck Series, driving for Richard Childress Racing. He's won twice this year, and he'll start second in Friday night's WinStar World Casino 350k at Texas Motor Speedway.

"Hopefully, we can finish off these last two races and win a championship and go to the next level," Dillon said.

Dillon leads the Truck Series standings by 11 points over James Buescher, who starts on the pole tonight. Dillon starts second.

Mark Martin replaces Reutimann in the No. 00 Toyota for Michael Waltrip Racing

Mark Martin is the new driver of the No. 00 Aaron's Toyota for Michael Waltrip Racing. He's on for 25 races on the Sprint Cup schedule next year, the team announced Friday at Texas Motor Speedway.

Martin replaces David Reutimann in the seat. Reutimann is winless in 2011, and he's only delivered two top-10s all year. He has two victories since running Sprint Cup full time in 2008. One of his four career pole positions came at Texas Motor Speedway in April 2009.

Martin is in his last year with Hendrick Motorsports. His move to MWR takes him out of the running to be the relief driver for Danica Stewart in her part-time Sprint Cup schedule in 2012. He said he's not likely to entertain a lot of "one-off" opportunities.

"My committment is soley to Michael Waltrip Racing and Aaron's and partners," Martin said. "I'm not looking to do more than what I signed up for. This is a perfect schedule for me."
