Jason Howell, No. 44, mentioned that he had never won a Sprint race at Boyd Raceway. That changed Friday night when he made an exciting pass by Dustin Woods, No. 05, to take the Sprint Series of Texas A-main. This was Jason's second SST Sprints feature win this season. His first win was at Heart O' Texas Speedway in Waco. Rounding out the top five were Gary Kelley, No. 12, Jerry Hammock, No. 01, and Russell Shoulders, No. 29.

Chris Elliott, No. 23, made it back to back feature wins in the IMCA Modifieds with a winning pass on the final lap. Charlie Harmon II, No. 199, ended up second, Gabe Tucker, No. 28, was third, Chad Melton, No. 71, was fourth and Eric Winnett, No. 22, was fifth.

Dean Abbey, No. 26, was the IMCA SportMods feature winner. Brad Shirley, No. 00, was second, Jarrod Thomas, No. 07t, was third, Ronnie Welborn, No. 20, was fourth and Wesley McNorton, No. 9, was fifth.
Brad Shirley, No. 00, got the hard charger award with a second place finish.

Brandon Taylor, No. 5, was the IMCA Stock Cars feature winner. His boss Dennis Bissonette, No. 07d, was second, Matt Guillaume, No. 50x, was third, Aaron Ferrell, No. 31, was fourth and Daymon Crittenden, No. 3c, was fifth.
