Bloggin' is Racin': Jay Bransom big winner at Kennedale Speedway Park Annual Fall Shootout

Jay Bransom was the IMCA Modified feature winner.

Jay Bransom, No. 29, picked up the $1,500 check in the IMCA Modified feature at Kennedale Speedway Parks Annual Shootout Saturday night. A nice crowd was on hand to watch a full pit of race cars compete for the the feature wins. Jay started on the front row and quickly took the lead and held off several challenges for the A-main win. Ronnie Sigman, No. 1s, was second, Kevin Sustaire, No. 71k, was third, Joe Gomez, No. 21, was fourth and Matt Deaver, No. 28, was fifth.

RaceSaver Sprints: Chad Wilson, No. 20x, was the RaceSaver Sprints feature winner. Logan Payne, No. 2, was second, Michael Lang, No. 14, was third, Justin Melton, No. 11m, was fourth and Scott Reneau, No. 1s, was fifth.

IMCA Southern SportMods: Kevin Rowland, No. 4r, was the IMCA SportMods feature winner. Jake UpChurch, No. 24, was second, Tory Yant, No. 00, was third, Jacob Pirkle, No. 41, was fourth and James Skinner, No. 17s, was fifth.

IMCA Stock Cars: Jerry Montgomery, No. 11, was the IMCA Stock Cars feature winner. Jay Bransom, No. 29, was second, Dennis Bissionette, No. 07d, was third, Kevin Sustaire, No. 14b, was fourth and Ronnie Welborn, No. 20, was fifth.

Street Stocks: Jake UpChurch, No. 24, was the Street Stocks feature winner. Steve Byrum, No. 2, was second, Kirk Williams, No. 11, was third, Shawn Byrd, No. 69, was fourth and Lance Hanson Jr. No. 5h, was fifth.

600 A-class Mini Sprints: Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, was the 600 A-class feature winner. Kyle Jones, No. 67t, was second, Tyson Hall, No. 5x, was third, Jacob Lucas, No. 571, was fourth and D.J. Estes, No. 74, was fifth.

Sean Jones "Batman" went for a ride in the feature.
