Veteran NASCAR driver Kenny Schrader shows the local racers how to Race on Dirt

Veteran NASCAR racer Kenny Schrader won the $2,000 Modified feature at Mountain Creek Speedway's 2nd Annual Race on Dirt Saturday night. A large crowd was on hand to watch Kenny work his way to the front in the A-main feature and hold off a challenge from Blaine Shives, No. 0, to take the win. Having a strong run was Jack Sartain, No. 47, for third, Mark Patterson, No. 01, was fourth and "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, No. 83, was fifth.

RaceSaver Sprints: Justin Melton, No. 11, won a wild one with Chad Wilson, No. 20x, and Ravon Culp, No. 39, taking each other out. Jerry Hammock, No. 92, was second, Dustin Woods, No. 55, was third, Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, was fourth and Ryan Beechler, No. 6, was fifth.

IMCA SportMods: Jacob Pirkle, No. 41, got together with J.C. Howell, No. 103, but managed to keep it under control to take the feature win. Tommy Davis Jr., No. 17d, was second, Jake UpChurch, No. 24, was third, Ken Miller, No. M1, was fourth and Kevin Rowland, No. 4r, was fifth.

IMCA Stock Cars: Jeff Turner, No. 44, was the feature winner. Tim Clonch, No. 25c, was second, Matt Guillaume, No. 50, was third, Dennis Bissonnette, No. 07d, was fourth and David Redman, No. 54, was fifth.
