Kennedale Speedway Park (Kennedale)

Matt Guillaume, No. 50, slipped by Damon Hammond, No. 116, to take the exciting IMCA Stock Car A-feature at Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night. Damon led most of the race, but with less than five laps to go, both drivers swapped the lead, with Matt getting by at the finish. Dennis Bissonette, No. 07d, was third, Roger Hauser, No. 181, was fourth and Jeremy Carter, No. 25c, was fifth. A good field of fourteen cars started the feature.

IMCA Modified Winner: William Gould, No. 60, powered his way to a big lead in the Modified A-feature, but with three laps to go, a caution came out, and the race got interesting. Charlie Smith, No. 3c, and Tommy Williams, No. 151, gave Gould a run for the gold. William Gould managed to hold them off and take the A-feature win. Charlie Smith, No. 3c, ended up second, Tommy Williams, No. 151, settled for third, Matt Deaver, No. 28, was fourth and Demetrius Carter, No. 44, was fifth. Eighteen Modifieds started the feature.

RaceSaver Sprint Winner: Jeb Sessom, No. 01j, is on a roll. Working his way to the front and then running away with another RaceSaver Sprint win. John Ricketts, No. 5r, had a good run for second, veteran George White, No. 10, was third, Ryan Hall, No, 79v, was fourth and Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, was fifth. Seventeen Sprints started the feature.

IMCA SportMod Winner: Jake UpChurch, No. 24, ran away from the field to take the win. George Gafford, No. 70, had another good week with a second place finish, John Freeman, No. 21f, was third, Justin Long, No. 42, was fourth and Jason Illich, No. 60, was fifth. Twelve cars started the feature.

Street Stock Winner: Flyin Ryan Powers, No. r12, picked up another feature win. Veteran Ricky Braddock, No. 56, was second, Burt Wilton, No. 55m, was third, Jeff Hauser, No. 79xxx, was fourth and Austin Carter, No. 44, was fifth. Nine cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Winner: David Newton, No. 54, finally gets that feature win. Tom Earl Jr., No. 47, had a fast car to settle for second, Jason Cook, No. 04, was third, Ricky Session, No. 7, was fourth and Frank Lackey, No. 41, was fifth. A full field of twenty-three cars started the feature.

Jr. Mini Stock Winner: Taylor Florio, No. 21t, defeated Logan Carter, No. 44, for the win. Jerrett Bransom, No. 29, was third, Hayden Wade, No. 8w3, was fourth, and Kamera McDonald, No. 62k, was fifth.
