Heart O Texas Speedway (Elm Mott)

Thunder storms rolled through Elm Mott Friday night. Heart O Texas Speedway managed to miss the severe weather, but a light rain delayed the start of the races for about an hour. The first of seven classes of cars was the IMCA Modifieds. Eighteen cars started the 20-lap feature, with Heart O Texas owner Jerry Frydrych, No. 13, taking the win. William McGuire, No. 9, had a good run for second, Brandon Hood, No. 1b, looked like he might get the feature win, but he settled for third, Justin Radcliff, No. 11j, was fourth and Dwayne Grantham, No. 27g, was fifth. Daniel, K. Green, Bernett, Walker, and Tomlinson, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Sportmod Feature Winner: Garett Rawls, No. 4g, held off James Guyton, No. 68, for the win. Ronnie Bell, No. 95, was third, Sid Kiphen, No. 58, was fourth and Brandon Geurin, No. 12, was fifth. UpChurch, T. Florio, Shepperd, Hughes, and J. Abbey, No. 37, rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Robert Black, No. 07, was the feature winner. Eric Jones, No. 84x, was second, Travis Norman, No. 3x, was third, Damon Hammond, No. 116, was fourth and Wade White, No. 68, was fifth. Smith, McCullough, Shipman, Kirkpatrick, and Roller, mounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Hobby Stock Feature Winner: Shannon Dulock, No. 47, returned to the winner's circle. Jeremy Oliver, No. 82, was second, Joe Willimas, No. 32, was third, Larry Underwood, No. 8, was fourth and Nathan Sodek, was fifth. Hunt, Kornegay, Wade, Brunson, Warren, and Robinette, rounded out the field.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Kyle Williams, No. 7m, was the feature winner. Ryan Hopkins, No. 4, was second, John Skinner, No. 783, was third, Blaine Simclk, was fourth and Michael Votaw, No. 88x, was fifth. Kemp Jr., Miller, Gaston, Pittman, Michael Guennat, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-one cars started the feature.

Dwarf Car Feature Winner: A great race between David Garland, No. 02, and Danny Rodgers, No. 37. Danny got caught up in lap traffic, allowing David to take the win. Ty McCoy, No. 4, was third, Scott Prejean, No. 71, was fourth and Jeffrey Patterson, No. 28, was fifth. Sheddan, Brooker, Shahan, Hearne, and Davis, rounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Jr. Mini Stock Feature Winner: A different race, same results. Colton Rawls, No. 08, was the run-a-way winner. Blake Clark, No. 88, was second, Bradly Warren, No. 34w, was third and Austin Moore, No. 88, was fourth.
